Dear Customer, Our goal is to assist in educating and helping you with your septic system. Our future environment and water quality is affected by the lack of proper maintenance of septic systems.  Our membership and maintenance programs offered are to help teach customers how their systems operate and how to maintain them.  This knowledge can prolong the life of the septic, help to prevent unnecessary costly repairs, and help to protect our environment and our health. • Create a file on your septic system.
• Maintenance reminders sent or emailed.

 DOUBLE CHECK [SEPTIC 101] ($295.00)

• Maintenance reminders sent or emailed.
• Receive a discount on your next septic tank pumpout. ($15.00 value)
• We search the records of your local health authority on your septic system & create a file for your convenience, and we store this information on our database.
• Includes a On-Site Evaluation of your septic system. A technician who will bring a copy of your septic system file and show you important components and maintenance issues for your particular septic system that would be helpful for you to know. Also the technician will provide you with a written maintenance folder with your records. This knowledge could pay for itself in just one preventable service call [Septic 101].
• Discounts on repairs if needed.

 ANNUAL TRIPLE CHECK INSPECTION ($145.00/ per year) 2 year prepay = $270. (save $20.)

• A technician will come to your property and inspect the present condition and functioning of your septic system. (i.e. septic system must be accessible, does not include digging)
• We search the records of your local health authority on your septic system if available.
• This service is for property owners who want there septic checked annually.
• This service could help catch potential problems in their early stages, possibly saving you from costly expensive repairs and or in replacing your septic system.
• 5% discount on labor portion of any repair, if needed.
