• Could help PROTECT you and your families HEALTH.  If your system is not working properly you could be exposed to infectious agents or pathogens.  This could cause illness and/or disease.
• Consistent maintenance of components and aerobic system when needed.

What Questions To Ask Your Potential “Maintenance Provider”

• Is your company a “REGISTERED MAINTENANCE PROVIDER”?  (We are a registered maintenance provider.)
• Does the company have a LICENSED II INSTALLER on staff, with SECRETARIES to answer the phones, and several qualified maintenance TECHNICIANS?  You want a company with good record keeping and consistent organization on your system and to know that someone will always be AVAILABLE in case you need them for service upon short notice.  (We have Licensed II Installers, Site Evaluators, Secretaries, and Registered Technicians.  We have a software program with records on all of our customers.)
• HOW LONG has the company been IN BUSINESS?  These innovative advanced aerobic systems should require an EXPERIENCED company and qualified TECHNICIANS to service and monitor your system.  (We have been a full service septic system company since 1982.)
• Does the company store repair parts and components for your aerobic system?  Or do they have to order it?  (We have most parts in stock.)
• Does the company have employee uniforms when they come onto your property?  (We do.)
• Does the company call the property owners before coming onto their property?  (We do.)
• Does the company provided you a copy of the written inspection report on your system each time?  (We do.)
• Does the company provide you with a contract demonstrating what the maintenance provider does?  (We do.)
• Does the company provide you with an owner’s manual on your aerobic system?  (We do.)
